ANGEL BISCUITS 
1 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. sugar
6 c. flour
4 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix water and yeast and set aside. Mix buttermilk, oil and sugar; set aside. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Mix buttermilk mixture and yeast mixture, then add flour mixture. Mix well. Put in covered bowl and refrigerate overnight. Pinch off amount you need to make rolls. Let rise. Bake for 12 minutes in 400 degree oven. Keep remaining mixture in refrigerator. Well keep for two weeks. Makes 4 dozen.
