SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked yellow squash, well drained & mashed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 med. grated onion
Cheez-It crackers, crushed
Squeeze type butter

Mix first 6 ingredients in casserole dish. Cover with crushed crackers and drizzle lightly with squeeze butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
