RANCH SALSA 
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles, drained
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. sweet cider vinegar
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Combine in a medium bowl and chill.

Makes about 2 cups.
