THERESA'S CROCKPOT CHOW MEIN 
1 (28 oz.) can chow mein vegetables, drained
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (4 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cut up cooked chicken (optional - the recipe is very good without too!)

Put all ingredients in crockpot, stir once and heat on low for 4 hours. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles and season with soy sauce to taste.
