INEZ'S CARROT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. carrots (diced and cooked until tender)
1/2 c. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
Buttered bread crumbs

Mix first 6 ingredients. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
