ANGEL FOOD CHOCOLATE DESSERT | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 2 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. sugar 3 eggs, separated 1/2 pt. whipped cream or Cool Whip 1 angel food cake Melt chocolate chips with water and sugar in double boiler. Cool and add beaten egg yolks. Add egg white, beaten stiff and fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Cut angel food cake into bite size pieces and place in a 9"x13" pan. Pour the chocolate mixture over the pieces of cake and stir gently. Place in refrigerator covered, for 8 hours. |
