PRUNE WHIP 
1 lg. c. of prunes
3 egg whites, beaten
1/2 c. sugar

Wash, soak and stew until soft the cupful of prunes. When thoroughly cooked, remove the pits and mash fine. Add sugar and beaten egg whites folded in. Bake in pudding dish 20 minutes. Serve with sugar and cream.
