PRUNE WHIP 
1 pkg. prunes
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1/2 c. sugar

Cook prunes and mash well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar to the egg whites. Fold in prunes. Put in greased pan. Bake in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve with boiled custard and/or whipped cream.
