PRUNE WHIP 
12 egg whites
Dash of salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. prune pulp
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Beat egg white until a soft peak is reached. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly. Fold in prune pulp, add extracts. Pour into ungreased, deep pan. Place pan in another pan of hot water and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cool thoroughly. Serve with Cool Whip.
