PRUNE WHIP | |
2 (#2 1/2) cans prunes (or 2 lbs. fresh) 1/2 pt. heavy cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt Drain, pit, and puree prunes. Run prunes through food chopper. Whip cream, salt, and vanilla. Fold in prune puree. Place in refrigerator. Use ice cream scoop for serving in custard cups or fancy dessert dishes. Serves 8-10. |
