CORN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter, melted in 2 qt. baking dish
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole grain corn with liquid
Optional: top with grated Swiss cheese

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean in center. OPTIONAL: Top with grated Swiss cheese.
