QUICKIE CHICKEN AND RICE 
1, 2 or 3 lb. broiler, cut into portion sized pieces
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. packages instant rice
1 pkg. onion soup mix
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup or celery soup
2 c. warm water
1 c. chopped celery

Wipe the chicken pieces with paper toweling. Mix the salt, pepper, and paprika together and sprinkle the pieces of chicken well. Set them aside. Mix together the rice, soup mix, soup and water. Let stand for 5 minutes, then pour into 1 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Put eh pieces of seasoned chicken on top of mixture. Place uncovered in a 350 degree oven and bake for 75 minutes or until the rice is puffed up and the chicken is tender.
