CHICKEN PAPRIKA 
4 lbs. chicken, cut up into sm. portions
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sweet paprika
1 sm. onion, diced
1 pt. sour cream
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp. flour

Clean chicken well. Rinse twice. In a deep skillet brown the diced onion over medium heat until lightly browned. Add paprika. Then add the cut up chicken and stew slowly until well done. Mix flour into sour cream and stir into chicken when done. Do not boil. Stir lightly and simmer slowly until thickened. Serve over wide noodles or rice.
