BACON-CHEESE PUFFS 
2 c. biscuit mix
5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
12 cubes Cheddar cheese

Combine biscuit mix and bacon in bowl. Add milk and egg; mix lightly. Spoon into 12 greased muffin pan cups. Make a hollow in each with spoon. Press cheese cube deep into hollow.

Bake in 400°F oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
