WHITE BREAD 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 yeast cake
1 tbsp. salt
6 1/4 c. flour
2 or more c. lukewarm water

Fill bowl with flour, make a well and add, water, salt, crumble yeast with hands and add. Mix thoroughly and add olive oil. Knead until elastic. Cover and let rise. When dough has risen to double in bulk, punch down and knead well. Let rise again. Form dough into two loaves. Place in greased pans to rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
