SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped celery
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 c. regular uncooked rice

Brown sausage; add celery and onion. Simmer until tender. Add broth, rice and pepper; mix. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole bowl. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. After the casserole has been in the oven for 1/2 hour, take it out of the oven and stir it well and then return it to the oven to continue baking for 1/2 hour.
