2 1/2 lb. ground round
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. applesauce
2 1/2 tsp. flavor enhancer
1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
2 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 env. Lipton onion soup mix (1/4 c.)

Mix all ingredients together. Make 12 patties, using 1/2 cup per patty. Pat flat. Freeze on cookie sheet, then put in Ziploc bags. Before cooking in skillet, lightly spray with Pam.
