HOBO SALAD 
1 (2 lb., 10 oz.) can of pork and beans
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery (leaves preferred)
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well. Marinate for at least 2 hours in refrigerator before serving.
