COUNTRY APPLE CRISP 
6 c. (6 med.) peeled, sliced apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
1 tbsp. water
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place apples in 8 or 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and water. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients until crumbly, sprinkle over apples. Bake 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender.
