STRING BEAN SUPREME 
1 1/2 lbs. whole green beans
6 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. sm. fresh mushrooms, whole or canned mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced celery

Cook beans according to basic recipe. In frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic, almonds, mushrooms, and celery. Cook for a few minutes. Arrange beans in serving dish, top with almonds, mushrooms and celery.
