FRIED RICE 
1/4 c. peanut oil
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced pork or 1 can of mushrooms
1 clove of garlic, minced
3 c. long cooked rice, cold
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. bean sprouts
3 slightly beaten eggs
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can Chinese fried rice

Add oil to wok and heat at 325 degrees for 2 minutes. Add onion, celery, mushrooms or pork, garlic and stir fry two minutes (make a well). Add rice, stir fry 3 minutes and make a well. Add egg to center of wok, cook 1 minute without stirring then another 1 minute with stirring. Add peas and sprouts and stir all ingredients together. Add soy sauce and stir until blended. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
