CORN PUDDING 
2 cans corn, 1 cream, 1 whole kernel
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Melt butter in a 9"x13" baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
