CORN PUDDING | |
3 eggs 1/2 c. light cream 1 tsp. salt 2 c. corn, fresh or canned, drained 2 c. milk 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/4 c. bread crumbs Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add milk, cream, sugar and salt. Stir in corn, bread crumbs and melted butter. Pour into dish and place the dish in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until set. |
