SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
4 loin pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices lg. onion
4 tbsp. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Place pork chops into a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sliced onion on each chop. Top with catsup. Pour vinegar and water around chops. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
