BAKED PORK CHOPS AND SPANISH
RICE
 
4 pork chops, salt and pepper to taste
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 can tomato soup
2 c. cooked (or instant) rice

Brown chops thoroughly in heavy skillet; remove from heat. Put cut up onions and green peppers on top of chops. Add rice on top of onions and peppers. Add tomato soup on top of rice. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour (depending on thickness of chops).
