SPICY CHICKEN | |
1/3 c. sherry 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dried oregano 1 tsp. curry 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. paprika 2 cloves garlic, cut into pieces 2-3 dashed hot pepper sauce 4 pieces chicken, split breasts or legs Heat everything but meat in saucepan. Place meat in pan and pour mixture over. Roast uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Baste often. Skim fat and use as gravy. Serve with rice or noodles. Serves 4. |
