SPICY CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. butter
2 to 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 to 2 carrots, sliced thinly
1 lb. boneless chicken breast
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 to 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning to taste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Melt butter in large frying pan; saute celery, onion and carrots until onion is translucent (3 to 4 minutes, medium heat). Meanwhile, cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Add chicken to pan and saute until no longer pink. Add seasonings and tomato sauce; stir thoroughly; reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice, with salad or green vegetable on the side. Serves 4 to 5.
