CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 oz. yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
7 c. flour
1/2 c. dry milk
1 tbsp. salt

Put yeast and water in mixing bowl and add sugar. Let set until dissolved, then add oil. Add flour, dry milk and salt. Knead well. Roll out. Brush with butter and cinnamon sugar. Cut into 12 rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until browned. Ice while warm.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Coffee

Mix sugar, butter and vanilla. Add enough hot coffee to spreading consistency.
