BUTTER BEAN SOUP 
2 lbs. beef cubes or ham in cubes
1 c. onions, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. carrots, diced
1 sm. sweet pepper
5 (16 oz.) cans beans
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
2 cans tomatoes

Cook meat in water until almost done. Then add all vegetables. Then add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
