SWEET AND SOUR GLAZED RIBS | |
1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 4 to 6 lbs. country-style pork ribs Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. Place ribs on a rack in a broiler pan; bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, turning once. Turn; brush with glaze and bake an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender, basting frequently. Bring remaining glaze to a boil in a small saucepan. Spoon over ribs before serving. Yield: 4 to 6 servings. |
