SWEET AND SOUR RIBS
4 lbs. pork ribs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. lime or lemon juice
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Cut ribs between bones. Put in large pot and cover with water. Add salt and bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 1 hour and 15 minutes until ribs are fork tender. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients. Drain ribs and spread out on paper towels to dry, about 5-10 minutes. Put ribs in large container; pour sauce over and toss to coat. Let stand at least 30 minutes or refrigerate all day, turning 2 or 3 times. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Put ribs, single layer, on a baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes until glazed. Recipe can be cut in half.
