KOREAN FLANK STEAK 
1 piece flank steak
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 stalks green onion
2 eggs, beaten

Have butcher tenderize flank steak. Cut into 2 or 3 pieces. Marinate in sugar, soy sauce and garlic for 1/2 hour. Coat with flour and dip into mixture of beaten egg and chopped green onion. Fry in medium hot oil. Slice against grain and serve hot or cold.
