APPLE CRISP 
4 c. apples
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
3/4 c. flour

Combine first 3 ingredients and put in the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Combine the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the top of apple mixture. Melting the butter first makes mixing the last ingredients a lot easier. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Peel and slice the apples to your own thickness.
