FESTIVE APPLE CRISP 
6 c. sliced apples
6 oz. frozen apple juice concentrate
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch or tapioca
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter

Simmer above ingredients until apples are almost tender. Place in baking dish.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle crumb mixture on apples in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes until apples are well done and the top is delicately browned.
