CHINESE RIBS 
2 lbs. spareribs
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients (except honey and ribs) in pan large enough to hold ribs. In separate cup, combine honey with 1 tablespoon soy sauce mixture and set aside. Coat ribs in soy sauce mixture and marinade at least 1 hour, turn occasionally. Place on broiler pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. During last five minutes, brush with honey mixture.
