CHINESE SPARE RIBS 
6 cloves garlic
1 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
2 c. chicken or beef stock (canned or cubes)
4 lbs. spare ribs, cut up

Dice 6 garlic cloves and mix with all ingredients. Marinate overnight. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes, and serve.
