ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. coarse bread crumbs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 egg
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. clove garlic, crushed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Romano, grated
1 tsp. olive oil

Mix all ingredients. Form into meatballs. Brown in oil. Can be frozen or put immediately into spaghetti sauce. Our favorite!
