ITALIAN SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS 
1 lb. beef
1/2 lb. pork shoulder
2 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. minced onions
1/3 c. chopped celery tops
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 recipe spaghetti sauce
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
1/2 c. grated cheese

Grind meat together twice. Combine with next 7 ingredients. Shape into balls. Saute in olive oil or other fat in skillet until browned. Remove from oil; add sauce and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with hot spaghetti and cheese. Serves 6 to 8.
