FAT-FREE GRAVY 
2 c. strong broth or meat drippings, skimmed of all fat
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. thyme or sage
1/4 tsp. marjoram or basil
1 c. nonfat milk
5 tbsp. flour
Salt (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Heat slowly, over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened to desired consistency.
