MEATBALLS & MUSHROOM GRAVY 
1 lb. lean hamburger meat
1 finely chopped onion
1 egg
3/4 c. cracker crumbs or flour
Garlic, salt & pepper to taste

Make into patties, brown and drain. Mix together 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup water, 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet (to season). Pour over meatballs. Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
