CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

2 cartons Cool Whip
10 Heath bars, crushed

Cream first 3 ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each. Mix flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder. Add alternately milk and vanilla. Beat. Pour into greased tube or bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 75-90 minutes.

Mix frosting ingredients. Frost cake.
