CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa

Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Add eggs. Beat. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa; add to butter mixture alternately with milk and vanilla. Beat at low speed 5 minutes. Pour in greased and floured pan and bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
