PEACH CRISP 
1 (29 oz.) can Del Monte Harvest Spice Sliced Peaches, drained
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. old-fashioned oats
1/3 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/3 c. butter, softened
vanilla ice cream, optional

Place drained fruit in 8 x 8-inch baking dish (do not grease). Combine flour, sugar, oats and nuts. Mix in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit.

Bake at 425°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Serve with ice cream, if desired.

Note: Any canned fruit can be substituted just add cinnamon to taste.
