PEACH CRISP 
1 can sliced peaches, drained
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oats
1/3 c. butter, soft
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange peaches in a greased dish (8 x 8 x 2) inches. Mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake until golden brown, 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
