HARVARD BEETS | |
2 1/2 cups canned beets 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch 4 tablespoons vinegar 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons butter Mix all above ingredients, except beets. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Add beets and bring to a boil. Serve warm. |
