SHRIMP AU GRATIN 
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 lb. cooked, peeled & deveined shrimp
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Cook mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Blend in flour and seasoning. Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add 3/4 cup cheese and stir until melted. Stir in shrimp and pour into well greased casserole. Combine crumbs and remaining cheese, sprinkle over top. Dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serves 4.
