4 med.-size zucchini
1/2 clove of garlic
4 tbsp. salad oil

Trim ends of zucchini and half lengthwise. Arrange cut-side up in single layer in shallow baking dish that has been rubbed with garlic. Drizzle salad oil over, sprinkle with salt and pepper, bake in hot oven (400 degrees) for 30 minutes or until tender.
