PUMPKIN GOBS 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. cooked pumpkin or canned
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar, oil, pumpkin, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Drop by teaspoons. Bake at 350 degrees 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen. When cool fill with the following.

FILLING:

1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until stiff, about 10 to 15 minutes.
