SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground veal
1/4 lb. ground pork
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sour cream
Gravy master

Mix all together. Brown in 1/4 cup hot fat or salad oil. Then remove meat from pan. Stir into fat, flour, paprika, salt, pepper, 2 cups boiling water and sour cream. Add gravy master. Return meat to gravy and simmer 15 minutes.
