1 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs Dash of salt 1 1/4 c. lukewarm milk 1 1/2 lbs. fresh fruit (cherries, sliced apples or pears, or 1 pkg. raisins or prunes) Arrange fruit in a greased pan. Mix flour, sugar, eggs, salt with milk. Pour this mixture over the fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional sugar. |
